Government of the Russian Federation ordinance No. 417-r, dated April 15, 2005, plan of actions for restructuring the electric power industry for 2005-2006

To include in the Decree of the Government of Russian Federation from the 27 June 2003 ą 865-p (The Legislation Assembly of Russian Federation, 2003, ą 27 art.2835; 2004, ą 30 art.3201) the following changes:

a) The words in point 1: "for the year 2004 - 2005, meaning to finish a transition period of restructuring of the energy industry in 2006 " change to: " for the year 2005-2006”;

á) In point 2:

Exclude the phrase "the Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation";

Words: "in June and December" change to "in January and July";

â) To state the authorized, specified by the decree plan of activities in restructuring of the energy industry for 2005-2006 in the new edition (attached).

5.
